I had my teeth cleaning done here, and I’m very happy with the experience! Odalys did an amazing job—very thorough, gentle, and professional. My teeth feel incredibly clean, and the whole procedure was comfortable from start to finish.

I scheduled my appointment based on the following written offer: "The consultation includes bacterial and computer testing to discover the root cause of your halitosis. It's priced at $350, but our special for this month gives you the complete consultation for only $100." I relied on that promotion when booking the appointment. However, after the consultation, because I decided not to purchase the recommended $3,750 treatment package, I was charged the full $350 instead of the advertised $100. When I later requested an explanation in writing, I received a different explanation than the one I was originally given, which only added to my confusion. I also waited approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes before the doctor saw me. While delays can happen, I can overlook that. What I cannot overlook is advertising a $100 consultation and then charging $350 after the fact based on a condition that was never disclosed when I booked the appointment. This is not about the money. It is about honesty, transparency, and respect for patients. If there are conditions attached to a promotional price, those conditions should be clearly disclosed before patients schedule their appointments—not after

Amazing staff! Marlene was absolutely incredible, and everyone on the team was wonderful. I originally came in for a consultation but felt so comfortable that I ended up completing the entire treatment the same day. Marlene even helped watch my son while I was being treated, which meant so much to me. The staff was efficient, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. Odallys did an amazing job with my cleaning. I'm usually very sensitive during cleanings, but this time I didn't flinch once. Overall, it was such a pleasant first visit. I highly recommend this office and will definitely be coming back for many years to come!

Dr. Ripa and his team are the best in Miami. Not only are they exceptional at what they do, but you really do feel the care from them. They go above and beyond before any and every procedure to make sure you feel calm and comfortable. I have never been to the dentist more regularly before becoming a patient here and I genuinely look forward to my cleanings. BEST DENTIST IN MIAMI!
